What we do with your email. We encrypt it, and we index it with a one-way hash — so we can tell whether an address is already registered without ever holding a readable list of our own users. Your password is hashed with scrypt and is not readable by us either. You can see who has read your data, take it with you, or delete it entirely — and delete means delete, not archive.

There is nothing on this screen yet, and we are not going to invent any.

We have not asked your company a single question, so we know nothing about it. We could fill this page with a dashboard and a green “compliant” badge. It would demo well. It would also be a lie, and a tool that shows you one invented number has taught you to distrust its real ones.

What is being built here

The engine already computes every one of these for a company. The screens are what is missing.

• The company tax calendar — PAYE, VAT, WHT and NSSF on the 15th; provisional tax on the last day of the 6th and 12th month of your year of income. Computed from the Act, not typed into a spreadsheet once and forgotten.
• The director trap — a director who has never filed a personal return blocks your company’s tax clearance certificate. It is invisible from inside your own books, and you find out on the day you lose the tender.
• TCC readiness — the five criteria URA actually applies, four of which are administrative and therefore objectionable.
• The WHT credit tracker — the 6% withheld from your invoices is not a cost. It is a prepayment of your tax, and most Ugandan businesses never claim it.
