The rule book

The code rules are the default profile — versioned, gazette-cited, and what the calculators compute from. An override is a patch beside a rule, never a rewrite; it can annotate or hide a rule, but it can never raise a rule into view that the engine would not show, and it never edits the underlying rates. Reset returns a rule to its code default instantly.

What this is not. A window into anyone's money. There is no query on this page that reads a taxpayer's entries, balances, payslips or invoices — by design, permanently.
